Guests can relax with their Family in the outdoor terrace area over-looking to the one of the best views in Dubai. The Brunch features the choice of the sharing starters Mare or Terra which means they can choose between the best of earth flavors and the deep Seafood degustation. Both including small portions that goes to Sushi Grade Tuna Tartar, Avocado with Crab Lobster and King Prawns from the Baked Eggplants with Mozzarella and Angus Beef toasted almonds, marinated wild Mushrooms with Truffle oil, the real Carpaccio de Manzo! Chef Leonardo Maltese suggest for the first course the option of the famous homemade Fettuccine in Roman Style or the Seafood Risotto. The Secondo Piatto (second course) can be choose between mixed grilled Seabass, Salmon and Tuna or Black Angus Tenderloin, Lamb and Chicken. DOLCI, as a selection of daily homemade desserts will surprise your eyes even before you taste it!
